LifeLine Nelson provides a free 24 hour counselling service. We offer both a crisis line and also during the day a service to assist callers work through a variety of issues. Some callers call several times some call only once and we also have regular callers who call often over a period of longer than 6 months to help them cope with the daily difficulties they face.

We also offer a free short term face to face counselling service of 10 sessions. Please ring our crisis line on (03) 546 8899 or 0800 543 354. Our Counsellors have received a minimum of 50 hours training and undertake regular ongoing training and supervision.
