BCA supports and advocates for residents in the Brightwater community and makes submissions to Council.  They take special interest in the Council and the Rating Act, infrastructure and issues of concern for the Brightwater community.

Meetings are held on the first Monday of most months (sometimes this will be the second Monday of the month due to school holidays), at 7.30pm in the Wanderers Club Rooms, Lord Rutherford Road, Brightwater.
