DANCING CAN REVERSE THE SIGNS OF AGING IN THE BRAIN:  Line dancing is a powerful tool to set new challenges for body and mind, especially in older age.  Even if you have never done it before, it’s never too late to learn a new skill.  Older adults who learn to line dance, take up jazz or square dancing are better protected from memory loss and dementia more effectively than cycling or Nordic walking.

BENEFITS OF LINE DANCINGMemory Stimulation, Mood Moderation, Social Interaction, Physical Capacity

Everyone, all ages and genders – yes, men, too! can enjoy line dancing to great music.  It provides gentle cardio exercise, is excellent for both mind and body, improving memory and physical mobility, and is also fun, friendly, and social.

We are a caring community, come along & join in, everyone can achieve success.
