Come along to a meeting… and join the Friday morning fun!
We love having visitors to our club, and we regularly host them, so come along and meet us. It’s fun, exciting and a great way to start your morning!
A typical meeting includes two to three prepared speeches, an impromptu speaking session, and evaluations of the speakers and other roles performed at the meeting. Feel free to come and observe Madhatters in action, have a chat and ask questions of any of our members. You do not need to participate in any way when you come for a visit – just sit back, relax and enjoy finding out why our members love Madhatters so much.
Every Friday – 7am to 8am
Members are there from 6.30am setting up the room, and we recommend getting there at 6.45am so there is time to grab a complimentary plunger coffee, tea (gumboot or herbal) and some fresh baking. We will welcome you and make you feel right at home… you can also contact our Mary Jaksch beforehand and she will be sure to welcome you when you arrive.
We meet every week except for public holidays and for 4 to 5 weeks over the mid-December/January holiday period.
