The aims of our Nelson Genealogy Branch are to provide:
- Opportunities to gather and to share their interest in family histories and genealogies,
- To help and encourage each other in research, and
- To continuously develop facilities and resources to record and preserve our past.
Branch members meet regularly at 7.30pm on the fourth Monday (February to October) at St Barnabas Church, Main Road Stoke, Nelson. Activities include exchange of information, specialist speakers, visits to local repositories, research days and projects.
