Club for retired people for friendship, activities and socialising.  Fellow members are going to be of similar age and live in or around your area and so you will find you will have plenty in common.  Our  club is a combined club and so it doesn’t matter if you are a couple or on your own, you are welcome to join.  Often as friends and family move away for their own reasons, or we lose a partner or have a change in health it is good to have a social club with activities to lift spirits and create new opportunities and have fun.

Our club meets once a month on the fourth Tuesday of each month starting at 10am at the Stoke Methodist Church Hall – 94 Neale Street, Stoke.  Meetings are held from February until last meeting for each year in November.  Club meetings usually consist of a mini speaker and a main speaker who cover a range of interesting topics.  Following the meeting for those who wish we go out to a designated and varied lunch venue.

Activities include an outing on the second Tuesday of the month.  Outings can include visits to local businesses, ten pin bowling, picnic, mini golf, visiting gardens or museums.

You can attend three meetings as a guest before making a decision to join.  We welcome you.
