Active adults exercise & social Club

• Fun exercise to music classes 9.30am to 10.15am run by trained instructors and structured for people aged 60 – 90! Standing mobility and co-ordination, light handweights/resistance balls and ACC approved Falls Prevention Balance practice. Some seats are available.
