Tahunanui Tennis Club is located in the Tosswill Reserve at 131 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson. The Club was formed in 1922 on part of the reserve donated by the Toswill family. Located 5 minutes from the beach and walking distance to holiday accommodation. We have four astroturf courts with shade cloth for wind protection and privacy.

The club house has all the kitchen amenities. There are two picnic tables in the outside grassed area, ideal for a barbeque.

We have over 80 members of all age groups with junior programmes offering coaching and teams in every interclub grade.

Club Day is held every Saturday from 1pm onwards 12 months of the year with all levels catered for. Visitors welcome at $5.

Getting back to tennis or beginning come along on a Monday from 1.30 to 3pm for some friendly play.

Casual Play – Everyone is welcome to play at these courts. This is a public facility and is also home to Tahunanui Tennis Club. The courts are available for hire at $8 per court (requires 4 x $2 coins).
