Since 1983, Wakefield Football Club has provided a social, community-focused football club for the Wakefield, Brightwater & surrounding communities, plus like-minded players from across the district.

The club has grown from a single team to multiple teams across several divisions, providing opportunities for both junior and senior players with differing levels of experience.

The club also organises summer football for mixed teams.

The club has great facilities, with two full sized pitches in fantastic surroundings, floodlights for evening training & games, hot showers, and a licensed bar for club members.

If you are keen to join a club that welcomes all, plays fair, but is fiercely competitive, then please register on our website, or come down to the clubrooms at Wakefield Recreation Reserve for a beer and a chat. The club normally trains from 6pm on Tuesday evenings.
