Birch Hall located in Richmond Park is a great venue for public events and private functions:
- Birch Hall 21×7 metres
- Kitchen 9×6 metres
- Tables and Chairs supplied as required
- Kitchen available for use
- Park Closing Time – 8pm all events must finish before this
- Noise must be kept to a respectful level due to the hall being in the vicinity of the campground
Pricing:
- Half Day Meetings (4 hours) $60
- Full Day Meetings (8am – 4pm) $100
- pricing for non commercial hirers are inclusive of GST
- pricing for commercial hirers they exclude GST
Unavailable for hire:
- Monday – Thursday evenings
- During the day of the second, third and fourth Thursday and first Wednesday each month
- The week before and during the Summer Race Meeting
- The week before and during the Nelson A & P Show
For events other than meetings please contact the office for a quote – hireage is dependent on availability and type of event proposed
After usage the hirers are to return the hall to the state they found it in
