The Pūtangitangi Greenmeadows Centre borders Greenmeadows Park, opposite the main retail area in Stoke. A concourse runs the length of the building to a level parking area, providing easy access to all facilities and an overflow area for events.
Pūtangitangi Greenmeadows Centre was purpose-built for the Stoke community to provide a new hub for people to meet, enjoy a coffee or lunch, learn, socialise and be active.
It is the home of Stoke Tennis, Stoke Rugby and Stoke Seniors, and is designed to evolve with the needs of the Stoke community, thanks to a variety of flexible meeting rooms and spaces available to hire.
The Centre is one of the most easily accessed and central venues available, located on the main road of Stoke, and just 10 minutes’ drive to Nelson, Richmond and the airport. The elongated building was designed by Jerram Tocker Barron Architects and cleverly connects the upper level to the adjacent raised playing fields, while the rest of the building sweeps down to a café and meeting rooms.
