The Boathouse offers the best views, a stunning venue, a warm welcome and complete service for you and your guests

The lovely large wooden building is ideally suited and equipped for a wide variety of occasions including weddings, parties, anniversaries, conferences, product launches, seminars, trade displays and many more.

The main hall gains access from Wakefield Quay and opens through folding doors onto a magnificent promenade deck. Here awaits a grand view of the Nelson Haven and Tasman Bay, with a majestic Mount Arthur skyline as a back drop.

It’s all here! All aspects of your function are catered for at The Boathouse. The venue offers a fully equipped and licensed bar, experienced staff, commercial kitchen, stage, stackable chairs, tables, outdoor furniture, PA system with stereo and microphones, heating and even a gas barbecue.

An in-house, close knit team of function managers, front of house and service staff, head chef and catering team are available, making for a streamlined event.

We are happy to assist with information on suppliers including but not limited to decorators and entertainment.

Tuesday – All Day 8am to Close $800
Wednesday – Evening Only 5pm to Close $500
Thursday – Evening Only 5pm to Close $500
Friday – Not Available for Hire
Saturday – All Day 8am to Close $2,200
Sunday – Not Available for Hire
